How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 24-hours of receipt, often sooner. If you specified expedited delivery, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days of shipment. Standard shipping within the United States takes 5-7 business days once shipped. Orders to Canada may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?
You can enter your promo code on the shopping cart page once you have added items to your cart. You can use only one promo code per order.
Is my credit card information secure?
Wag Baby uses 128-bit encryption to secure the transmission of your credit card information from your browser to our credit card processing company. We continually examine our security practices to ensure your information is safe.
The item I'm looking for isn't listed. What's the deal?
We're continually adding new products to our store, and give priority to those requested by customers. Please contact us and let us know what you'd like to see available.
How do I return something?
Wagbaby cheerfully accepts returns for 30 days from the date you place your order. Just follow these easy steps for a quick & easy refund.
Returns that don't meet the following criteria cannot be processed or refunded
STEP 1: Verify Your Return
- Item(s) must have all original tags and product packaging
- Item(s) must be clean and contain NO pet hair.
- Item(s) returned within 15 days of purchase may be refunded via store credit or the original credit card.
- Item(s) returned 16-30 days after date purchased may be refunded via store credit only.
Wagbaby cannot accept returns on the following:
- Toys that have been chewed on
- Costumes between Oct 15th - Dec 1st
- Perishable items (treats, food, medicine, etc.)
Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to you, at your expense.
STEP 2: Send it on back
- Package the items securely
- Include your packing slip or order number, along with the reason for return
- Contact us via email at support@wagbaby.com and we will send you our return address.
Your credit card will be issued a credit after we verify the item(s) meet the above criteria. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges. Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received for your credit to appear on your account.
Exchanges:
Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and to ensure items are in stock, Wagbaby does not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back according to the above instructions, and then place a brand new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement. We'll get your new order out right away.
